摘要

Abstract

Mechanical property and structure of X100 line pipe were studied with universal material testing machine, OEM, SEM and TEM. The results showed that the structure of X100 line pipe body metal is formed by granular bainite and a little polygonal ferrite, which possess good strength and toughness. But the thermal sensitivity of X100 pipeline steel is high,the structure of overheated zone is easier to grow big under welding thermal cycle, which lead to softening and embrittlement in HAZ, so it is a weak point for X100 line pipe. Meanwhile, the possibility of adopting low match for X100 pipeline steel welded joints was investigated.
