摘要

Abstract

Without changing current cyclic steam technology, selecting viscous crude oil viscous crude oil from Shan6 block in Shajiasi field as test fluids, the feasibility of modifying physical properties to reduce viscosity of viscous crude oil trough in-situ catalytic reaction is studied and effect of in-situ catalysis on viscosity reduction is analyzed herein. At simulated reservoir condition, compound catalyst systems containing dissoluble salt component such as Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Mo, Al, etc. Are screened, and catalyst mass fraction, catalytic reaction duration, temperature, water cut in reservoir and PH effect catalytic viscosity reduction for preferred catalyst system are studied. It is shown that it is impossible for ultra- or extra viscous crude oil to be catalyzed in the process of cyclic steam, and catalytic effect of different catalyst systems is much different, and catalyst mass fraction, catalytic reaction duration and temperature all influence catalytic viscosity reduction. It also indicated that catalytic viscosity reduction will achieve a better effect when PH is lower than 4 and water cut of 15% -50% in reservoir, so, it is necessary to select a favorable catalyst system according to crude oil physical properties and exploitation conditions.
