Abstract
E-51 epoxy resin/MeTHPA is modified respectively with 660,669 and 690 reactive diluent. The influence of diluent on the viscosity of resin glue and mechanical and electrical properties after curing are discussed. The research shows that the systems' dielectric properties remained basically unchanged when added 669 and 690 diluent, but the arc-resistance performance had improved. The addition of 660 reduced the system' s dielectric loss tangent, which had little effect on the arc-resistance performance. When the addition of 690 diluent was 3% , the arc-resistance performance achieved 94s, which was 22% higher than the pure resin; The tensile strength of cured resin stabled on 45 ~55MPa when the mass fraction of 690 was 3% ~ 12%.关键词
