Comparative Study on Antitumor Activity in Vivo of Rhizoma Typhonii before and after Different Processes
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To compare antitumor activity in vivo of Rhizoma Typhonii before and after different processes. Methods: Establish mice transplantation tumor model. Observe the effect of water decoction from Rhizoma Typhonii before and after different processing on the sarcoma grafts S180 mice. Results; The results showed that all of the Rhizoma Typhonii and processed Rhizoma Typhonii could decrease the tumor weight compared with control group, in which the tumor weight of the high dose Rhizoma Typhonii water decoction was the least. Conclusion: Decoction extracts from Rhizoma Typhonii and different processed Rhizoma Typhonii have an antitumor effect to some extent. The antitumor activity is the strongest in the high dose Rhizoma Typhonii water decoction.关键词
