降脂饮对胰岛素抵抗大鼠脂肪因子的影响Ⅱ
Influence of JZY on the Adipokine in Insulin Resistance Rats( Ⅱ )
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe the influence of JZY on the level of Resistin and Lipid index in insulin resistance (IR) rats, and to discuss the mechanism of JZY in ameliorating insulin resistance and metabolism syndrome. Method :1. We set up the IR model in rats by feeding them high fat diet combining with injecting small doses of STZ once to them. 2. We use different doses of JZY to treat the IR rats compared with rosiglitazone. 3. We observe the difference within each group on the side of insulin sensitivity and the level of Resistin and Lipid index. Result:Compared with blank group, remarkably Resistin and Lipid index ascend in model group; compared with model group, Resistin and Lipid index fall in JZY group. Conclusion:JZY can ameliorate IR by regulating the level of Resistin and Lipid index in IR rats.关键词
