Abstract
Combing the household survey data of the production placement of the internal migrants of Kai County in Chongqing Reservoir Area, the paper analyzes the production placement sustainability of Three Gorges' migrants. It is found that the sustainability is suffering challenges from serious land quantity insufficiency over the reservoir's submerged line,lagging development of industry and commerce,back-flow of working out-of-town peasants over 40 or 50 ages. So to keep the reservoir's migrants living in stable and rich for long period,the central government should mainly implement specific migrant-by-industry policy and employment-promoting policy by developing public utilities.关键词
