白血病HL60/ADR细胞Mdrl、NF-κB的表达及解毒化瘀药的干预作用
The expressions of multidrug resistance gene 1 and NF-KB of leukemia HL60/ADR cell and the interventional function of Jiedu Huayu Chinese herbal medicine

Abstract
Objective To discuss the influence of Jiedu Huayu Chinese herbal medicine on the expressions of multidrug resistance gene 1 (Mdrl) and nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) of leukemia HL60/ADR cell. Methods Semi-quantitative reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction method was used to examine the expression of Mdrl gene after HL60/ADR cell receiving the treatment of Jiedu Huayu Chinese herbal medicine, and Western blotting technology was applied to examine the expressions of NF-κB/P65, NF-κB/P50 and IκBα. Results The expressions of NF-κB/P65, NF-κB/P50 and IκBα and the expression of Mdrlof leukemia HL60/ADR cell could be decreased by Jiedu Huayu Chinese herbal medicine. Conclusion Jiedu Huayu Chinese herbal serum can reverse multidrug resistance in leukemia HL60/ADR cell by blocking NF-κB signal path and affecting the expression of Mdrl.关键词
