摘要
Abstract
With the development of computer hardware and software, information in foundry got very quick development, at present casting simulation technology is applying broadly in actual production. Based on the process simulation by CAStsoft CAD/CAE technology, the casting modulus, casting hot section calculation, gating system calculation, pouring process calculation and solidification simulation can be preformed, thus the foundry process design optimization and casting defect prediction are achieved. Casting process computer simulation can reduce or eliminate new product process experiment, and can effectively avoid possible casting defects and guarantee the reliability of the technology and shorten new product trial period. Adopt casting simulation technology to guidance new product development and process optimization, it can easily get twice the result with half the effort.关键词
