Study on Flavonoids Extraction from Auricularia auricula by Ethanol Extraction Method

摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The study aimed to research the technology of flavonoids extraction from Auricularia auricula by ethanol extraction method. [Method] Hie factors that affect the extraction ratio were investigated by single factor and orthogonal experiments, including the liquid-to-solid ratio, the concentration of solvent, extraction time and extraction temperature. [ Result] The optimum conditions were as follows:solid-liquid ratio was 1=7, ethanol concentration was 80% , extraction time was 6 h and temperature was SO CC. On this condition, the extraction ratio was 0.43%. [Conclusion] The process conditions were suit for flavonoids extraction from Auricularia auricula.
