摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The toxicity of five kinds of bactericides to Pyricularia grisea was determined in order to provide reference for studies on the effective control of Pyricularia grisea in field and the action mechanism of commercial bactericides. [ Method] Toxicity effects of five kinds of commercial bactericides to Pyricularia grisea in Hunan Province were determined by the growth rate method in the laboratory. [ Result] The EC50 of commercial fungicides like kasugamycin, carbendazim, fosetyl aluminum, kitazin and magnaporthe amide were 10.78, 181.72, 167.83, 46.72 and 7. 19 mg/L, respectively. The toxicity indexes of kasugamycin, carbendazim, fosetyl aluminum and magnaporthe amide were 433.40, 25.71, 27.84 and 649. 79, respectively. [ Conclusion] The activity of magnaporthe amide on Pyricularia grisea is the highest, which is better than that of kasugamycin, carbendazim and fosetyl aluminum.
