Abstract
Composite coatings of the self-flux alloy matrix were produced on the surfaces of 45 steel by laser cladding, which were strengthened by micro-grain WC particles and nano-grain WC particles and with rare earth oxide CeO2. The section and surface microstructure of the laser cladding coatings were analyzed. The effect of CeO2 on microhardness and wear resistance of laser cladding coatings were studied in detail. The result shows that the microstructure of the coating is refined obviously by adding rare earth CeO2, and the size of plate microstructure of the original coating is refined to 4um. At the same time, the microhardness and the wear resistance of laser coatings are also improved.关键词
