摘要

Abstract

The influence laws of high-pressure airless spraying working parameters such as equivalent diameter of nozzle and spray pressure on atomizing characteristics of paint had been studied with magnesium oxide indentation method and iron red antirust paint as working fluid. The experiments had been conducted on different nozzles with different equivalent diameter and different spray pressure. Experimental results show that the Sauter mean diameter and characteristic diameter decrease with the increases of the spray pressure, and increase with the increases of the equivalent diameter of nozzle. The relative size range is influenced greatly by the spray pressure, and it decreases with the increase of spray pressure, which makes the atomizing particle more uniform.
