Abstract
Objective To study the pharmacokinetics of aspirin magnesium and aluminium capsules in healthy volunteers. Methods Thirty subjects were randomized into 3 groups and administered by single oral dose of 81 , 162, 324 mg or multi oral dose of 162 mg for 7 days. Concentrations of aspirin and salicylic acid in plasma were determined by LC - MS/MS. The main pharmacokinetic parameters were ca-laulated. Results The main pharmacokinetic parameters of aspirin single and multi were as follows :Cmax were(0. 91 ±0. 35) , ( 1. 82 ±0. 61) , (2. 95 ±1.38) mg · L-1 and (2. 17 ±0. 79) mg · L-1; t12 were (0. 32 ±0.08) , (0.40 ±0.09), (0.38 ±0. 10) h and (0.39 ±0. 11) h;AUC0_twere (0. 64 ±0. 13), (1.66 ±0.55), (2.51 ±0.84) mg · H · L -1' and ( 1. 65 ± 0. 44) mg · H · L -1. The main pharmacokinetic parameters of salicylic acid single and multi were as follows: Cmax were (4. 61 ± 0.41), (8.44 ±2.06), (15.98 ± 1.86) mg · L-1 and (11.36 ± 2.01) mg · L-1; t1/2 were (2. 18 ±0.84) , (2.55 ±0.93), (2.51 ± 0.58) hand (2. 60 ±0. 74) h; AUC0-t were (16. 34 ±5.04), (43.55 ±22.71), (85. 56 ±25. 55) mg · H · L-1 and (57. 37 ±21. 89) mg · H · L -1. Conclusion The process of aspirin magnesium and aluminiumcapsules in the dosage range of 81 - 324 mg fit linear dynamic feature and without clearly cumulation in the continuousadministration manner.关键词
