Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Gensenoside Rh2and its mechanism on the invasion and migration of human breast cancer MCF7ArR cells. Methods The effect of Gensenoside Rh2on cell viability was tested by MTT. The cell invasion and migration were determined by transwell chamber modcl. The expression of matrix metalloproteinases 2 (MMP - 2) , MMP9, and nuclear factor - kappa B ( NF - kB) were detected by Western blot. Results After being treated with Gensenoside Rh2, the proliferation of MCF7/AdrR cells was inhibited in a time and dose - depending manner. The invasion and metastasis of MCF7/AdrR cells were also inhibited. The expression level of MMP - 2, MMP9, and NF - kB were decreased. Conclusion Gensenoside Rh2 could affect the invasion and metastasis of the human breast cancer cells Caski. It is probably one of its molecular mechanisms to inhibit the expression of MMP ～ 2,MMP9,and NF-kB.关键词
