Advances in search for pharmacogenomics of atorvastatin
摘要
Abstract
Atorvastatin is widely used as an oral lipid - lowering drug and it has an important role in the prevention of coronary heart disease. However, wide interindividual variations exist in the plasma lipid response to statin treatment including atorvastatin, which may due to drug - related gene polymorphism. This review states the effect of gene polymorphism on the aspect of metabolism, transportation, receptor, and adverse effect based on literature and cases in recent years, which can help provide reference for individualized treatment.关键词
