摘要
Abstract
Objective To introduce an effective and minimal -invasive method of vaginal tightening surgery. Methods Bury 3 interrupted sutures in submucous muscular layer of both lateral vaginal walls.Tightening both vaginal mucosal and muscular layer, forming bilateral promontories to the vagina.thus reduce the cavity volume, and also repair the orifice of vagina. Results 15 cases were operated during 2005-2011,with no complications such as haemorrhage, infection or rectum injuries. No visible surgical scars. All patients had received satisfying results. Conclusion The method of vaginal tightening surgery by forming both two lateral promontories on vaginal walls with buried sutures is a simple and effective way to repair vaginal relaxation.关键词
