摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the skill and clinic effect of personalized breast augmentation. Methods Dual plane based breast augmentation is based on personalized technology. Surgical incision is in the areola of breast. Part of prosthesis place in pectoralis major and some in the latter breast to reduce pectoralis major muscle tension. Results Within six months to three years after surgery,50 cases are satisfied with the good shape,natural colour and no occurrence of any complications. Conclusion With personalized technology,this method can change the relation between prosthesis surface soft tissue coverage and physiological mechanics. It adopts the advantage of breast plane and pectoralis major. This feasible breast augmentation has a satisfied clinic effect.关键词
