掺La铁酸铋粉体的晶体结构
Crystal structure of La doping BiFeO3 powders
摘要
Abstract
Bi1-x LaxFeO3 ( BLFO, x = 0.00 ~ 0. 40) powders were prepared by a sol-gel process and characterized by X-ray diffraction ( XRD) and Raman scattering. The XRD data of sample was fitted by the Rietveld refinement. Results showed that the lattice constants and cell volume decreased with the La content x increasing, and the crystal structure transformed from the R3c rhombohedra to the Amn2 orthorhombic with the La content x increasing to 0. 30.关键词
