摘要
Abstract
Double-cell electrochemical etching was used to generate porous silicon film on P-type monocrystalline silicon wafer surface. Structure parameters of porous silicon and properties of the porous silicon energetic material were characterized by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Energy Dispersive Spectrometer (EDS) , and explosion test was also carried out. The results showed that porous silicon with nano-pore sizes, about 20 mm, could be formed by double-cell electrochemical etching. The porous silicon energetic material obtained by in-situ method could explode strongly in open space, as well as with the effects of violent heat, mechanical stimulation, electric energy or laser energy.关键词
