Abstract
[Objective] The purpose of the studies was to provide method support for controlling Meloidogyne incognita of Trichosanthes kirilowii. [ Method] With 98% mylone fine granule,35% metham aqua,root feed II,chitosan and 0.5% avermectin oil as tested pesticides,the control experiment on M. Incognita of T. Kirilowii was carried out in Wangguadian town of Feicheng City. [ Result ] After the T. Kirilowii was treated with 20, 30 and 40 g/m2 98% mylone fine granule, its diseased plant ratios were decreased by 27.34% ,48.00% and 53.34% resp. And the control effects of 98% mylone fine granule were up to 57.38% ,72.73% and 74.24% resp. After the T. Kirilowii was treated with 6,9 and 12 g/m2 35% metham aqua,its diseased plant ratios were decreased by 25.33% ,40.00% and 37.00% resp. And the control effects of 98% mylone fine granule were up to 50.50% ,67.33% and 68.89% resp. When the application amounts of chitosan and root feed II were invariable .when the supplementary application amounts of avermectin were 4.5,6.0 and 7.5 g/m2, the diseased plant ratios of T. Kirilowii were decreased by 28.00% ,41.34% and 44.00% resp. And the control effects of these methods were up to 53.91% ,69.53% and 71.09%. [Conclusion]The suitable application a-mounts of 98% mylone fine granule and 35% metham aqua for controlling M. Incognita of T. Kirilowii were higher than 30 and 9 g/m2 resp. While chitosan and root feed II were applied,the suitable supplementary application amount of 0.5% avermectin oil for controlling M. Incognita of T. Kirilowii was higher than 6.0 g/m2.关键词
