稻草补饲百脉根瘤胃体外发酵及微生物蛋白合成的组合效应研究

Abstract
This study deals with the associative effects of rice straw (RS) supplemented with Lotus cornic-ulatus (LC) on in vitro fermentation and microbial protein (MCP). 48 h in vitro batch incubation was practiced in a single - factor randomized design to investigate the effects of RS supplemented with varying LC levels of 0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 and 100% (LC0, LC10, LC20, LC30, LC40, LC50, LC60, LC70, LC80, LC90 and LC100) on in vitro fermentation traits and the associative effect value ( AEV) of MCP was calculated at 3, 6, 12, 24, 36 and 48 h individually. The range of parameters of various groups at different time was; pH 6.64-6.99, NH3 -N 2.98 -28.74 mg/lOOmL, MCP 1.18-5.87 mg/mL, AEV-0.6427% -7.5683%. The average AEV at the tested time ranked from the greatest to the least in the following order; LC3o(3.5844), LC10(3.3964), LC50 (2. 890 2), LC60 092 7), LC20( 1. 886 9) , LC10( 1. 023 2), LC70 (0.902 4), LC80 (0.252 6) and LC90 ( - 0.074 4 ) (% ). This study shows that RS supplemented with 30% LC could get optimal associative effects on MCP in vitro fermentation.关键词
