果梅硬枝扦插繁殖试验研究
Propagation Experiment of Prunus mume by Hardwood Cuttage
摘要
Abstract
Using the one - year - old hardwood branches of Primus mume as cuttings, the factors affecting the propagation of Prunus mume by cuttage were studied. The results revealed that the genotype, concentration of rooting powder, segment part of branch significantly affected the survival rate of Prunus mume cuttings. The cuttings of Yingsu Prunus mume showed the highest survival rate, being 90%. Immersing the hardwood branches in 200 mg/L rooting powder solution for 2 h got the best propagation effect, and the survival rate of the cuttings reached 80%. Taking the middle part of hardwood branches as cutting was best for the survival of the cuttings.关键词
