低温等离子体对山羊绒纤维的表面改性

Abstract
The cashmere fibre was treated by low-temperature plasma in order to enhance its shrink-resist property. Through establishing the single factor experiment, the time effect of low-temperature plasma on breaking strength, breaking elongation and friction property of cashmere fibre is studied. The scanning electronic microscope (SEM) was used to observe the subtle changes in the surface structure of cashmere fiber before and after treatment. The results indicate that the surface of cashmere fiber presented different degrees of physical and chemical etching after treatment. The shrink-resist property of cashmere has improved greatly under the condition of the little single fiber strength loss. The optimized low-temperature plasma treatment condition is as follows: the cabinet pressure is 20Pa,discharge power is 60W and the time is 2 min.关键词
