地道粉葛的地理标志知识产权保护的思考
Thoughts on Protection of Geographical Indication Intellectual Property of Kudzu
摘要
Abstract
Kudzu, a medicinal and edible plant, it is a traditional Chinese medicine crop. There are three geographical indications of Kudzu in our country.- Heshui Kudzu, Hengfeng Kudzu and Huoshan Kudzu. The paper introduces the protection of geographical indication products, the trademark registration of geographical indications, the application of special mark of geographical indication products of Kudzu, as well as the varieties and their planting conditions of Kudzu with geographical indications in China, and then discusses the strategies for the protection and development of the geographical indication intellectual property of Kudzu, finally puts forward a series of suggestions.关键词
