摘要

Abstract

In order to define the environmental capacity and improve the deterioration of water quality in Taizi River and promote the harmonious development of economy and aquatic environment capacity, based on one-dimensional water quality model, the paper derived the formula for calculating water environmental capacity. It chose COD and ammonia nitrogen as main control factors, with the information of hydrological data, pollution emission, characteristics of pollutants and function division of Taizi River. Under the frequency condition of 75% , 50% and 25% , the water environmental capacity of COD is 105382, 144470 and 192196 t/a respectively, and the capacity of ammonia nitrogen is 6849, 8602 and 11705 t/a. Combining with the current emissions of pollutants we can know serious pollution in Taizi River. So we should take some measures.
