Abstract
According to the present situation of water resources shortage in Hengshui, the multi-objective model for optimal allocation of water resources based on sustainable development in Hengshui City was constructed. This model comprehensively considered the social, economic and environmental benefits and applied the genetic algorithm, finally obtained the reasonable allocation of water resources in Hengshui. Taking the maximization of the social, economic and environmental benefits and the coordinated development of the three sides with the water resources as the objective, the research modified the situation of severe water shortage in Hengshui and can provide reference for realizing the high efficient utilization of water resource.关键词
