口内切口联合穿颊入路下颌角骨折的手术治疗

摘要
Abstract
Objective This paper analyzes the treatment and efficacy of surgery for mandibular angle fracture using Intraoral Incision combined with intraoral approach. Methods First.open mucosa, muscular layer and periosteum from anterior margin of mandibular ramus along the external oblique line, then the fracture part of mandibular angle can be found.Second,insert periosteal elevator into fracture site.prize slowly to assist the reduction of the site.at the same timechange the opening positions to closed gradually,reset the occlusal relationship.intermaxillary faxition, place the titanium mini-plate vertically along the external oblique line.moulding to make it close to the surface of the bone.Third.make Extraoral with 4mm puncture incision.use self-made mediate hole device (disposable syringe) or transbuccal trochar instrumentation drilling from bone surface vertically and fixed with screw.H the fracture is unstable,use another plate to fix it 5mm away from the mandibular. Results All 36 cases achieved expected effects. Conclusion Mandibular angle fracture treated by intraoral incision and intraoral approach can achieve reliable fixation and also has excellent cosmetic effects.关键词
