摘要
Abstract
This article reviews the research progress in reducing fluorine content in dark tea with Ewotium cristatum from the characteristics and fluorine - reducing method of Ewotium cristatum, including the methods of inducing Ewotium cristatum to reduce fluorine content by using ultraviolet radiation, fluorine - containing chemicals, antibiotic, pesticide and virus, and points out the present existing problems and the future studying direction.关键词
