Abstract
Tea is one of the three alcohol - free beverages, and it has centuries - old history in our country. The paper studied the application of some advanced technologies in the processing of tea, including the nonfood application of tea, improvement of tea quality, intersectant application of various tea processing technologies, application of biotechnology, low carbon, energy conservation and clean production and so on.关键词
