摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of the Maxillary skeletal discrepancy correction in secondry deformity of unilateral cleft lip patients by Medpor prosthesis implantation. Methods According to the local anatomy characteristic, we use Medpor prosthesis implantation to rectify the Maxillary skeletal discrepancy in16 patients.summarize and evaluate the effect postoperation. Results All of patients be followed up from 3months to 6months,no evident incision scar.less complications.no infections and no prosthesis exposed postoperation,the Maxillary skeletal discrepancy of the patients be fully corrected. Conclusions Correction of the deformity muse be based on pathoanatomy and anastateits anatomy relationship in great degree,paranasal Medpor prosthesis implantation can rectify the nasal ala collapse.and have a stable effect with follows up.关键词
