摘要

Abstract

To overcome the deficiencies of that the traditional analog frequency characteristic tester is expensive, inconvenient to operate and its performance index is susceptible to temperature drift,a simple frequency characteristic tester is designed with the combination of DDS and MSP430 MCU by using digital technology. The system has friendly human-machine interface with modular design concept,and the initial frequency and step value of frequency sweeping can be set by keyboard. The system with bandwidth of 10 MHz can meet the requirements of the teaching experiment applications for the courses of electronic technology and electronic measurement etc. In the universities and other institutions.
