蒜头果多糖的提取及含量测定
Extraction and Content Determination of Polysaccharides from Malania oleifera Seeds
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to extract and deferwhue the content of polysaccharide from M. Oleifera seeds. [ Method ] Polysaccharide was extracted from M. Oleifera seeds with water extraction and ethanol precipitation method and its content was determined by phenol - sulfuric acid method. [Result] The result showed that it contains polysaccharide in M. Oleifera,and the polysaccharide content was 0.600%. [Conclusion] It was provided the reference for the exploitation of M. Oleifera.关键词
