摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effects and prognosis to repair crown fracture of former teeth trauma with glass fiber pile. Methods Using glass fiber pile and composite resin pile crown to repair 165 cases of patients with crown fracture of former teeth trauma which can keep the teeth body.after doing loose teeth fixed,root induction angioplasty.or perfect root canal therapy .And to evaluate the clinical effect after 1,3,6 months and 1,3 years. Results Follow-up of 3 years.there are no fiber pile broken.dental root fracture,or periapical lesion.There are 1 case fiber pile fall off,1 case resin crown loose,2 cases of resin crown fall off,and 1 case teeth discoloration.After being adhesive again or reworked.all the patients are satisfied. Conclusion It is a successful and effective treatment method using glass fiber pile to repair crown fracture of former teeth trauma.It's also a kind of good transitional treatment method for teenagers.lt can keep beautiful better/educe the risk of dental root fracture.关键词
