摘要

Abstract

Rail transit system as the large capacity public transport, their safety directly related to general passenger's life safety. In order to guarantee the safety operation of the rail transit system, the system must be certified and authorized before putting into operation. Combining the safety certification process of LCF-300 train control system which has been used in Beijing Rail Transit Yizhuang Line demonstration application project, safety assessment methods have been discussed. When applying international safety standard, the local situation should be considered. Safety analysis and Design should be implemented in all the lifecycle of product design and project, and the related risk should be controlled below the acceptable level.
