摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to find efficiency and rapid L. Peduncuiata genomic DNA extract method. [ Method ] The genomic DNA samples of 3 L. Peduncuiata cultivars were isolated by modified CTAB method. [ Result ] The results showed that the ratio of OD260/OD280 was about 1.85,yield was 454.50-1093.35 μg/ ml,electrophoresis bands was clear and had no significant tailing phenomenon. The fingerprint figure of DNA digested by restriction enzyme Eco RI showed that the extract DNA could be completely digested. Taking the extract DNA as template, the results of RAPD-PCR amplification by one random primer showed that the detected bands were clear. So the extracted DNA had a good quality for deeply molecular biology study. [ Conclusion] The study can lay theoretical basis for deeply carrying out the biological follow - on test of L peduncuiata.关键词
