Abstract
According to the abundant studies, the relevant information and comprehensive analysis of the climate changes, several important problems on the climate changes and its studies were proposed. Based on the temporal distribution of the meteorological disaster of agriculture,the wave theory was expounded so as to get people's attention on climate changes and to be objective, just and careful about the study.关键词
