摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of Angelica sinensis polysaccharide (ASP) by oral administration on innate immunity of Epinephelus malabaricus. [ Method] ASP was added to the basal diet at different levels (0,50,200,350,500 mg/kg). Fish were fed with test diets for 28 d. The acid phosphatase ( ACP) .lysozyme (LZM) ,the contents of complement C3 and 04,albumin/globulin ratio ( A/G) in plasma and white blood cells, leucocytes phagocytosis were studied. [ Result ] Feeding ASP could increase ACP and LZM activities, the contents of complement C3 and C4,decrease the A/G ratio in plasma. Besides,the white blood cells and leucocytes phagocytosis were enhanced by dietary ASP. [Conclusion] ASP could enhance the nonspecific immunity of E. Malabaricus and the recommended dietary dosage of ASP was 50 mg/kg with 21 d continuous feeding.
