Abstract
Taking Xiangzhou district of Xiangyang city in Hubei province as an example, the paper analyzed the base, advantages and existing problems of developing double - low rapeseed industry in the northwest region of Hubei province, and put forward several countermeasures and measures for the development of double - low rapeseed industry from the aspects of technology, administration and socialized cooperation.关键词
