胡豆莲组织培养外植体选择和消毒研究
Selection and Sterilization of Explants of Euchresta japonica in Tissue Culture
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The aim of the study was to lay the foundation for technology of tissue culture for Euchresta japonica. [Method] The experiments were conducted in order to select the appropriate explants for tissue culture and the method of optimal sterilization of explants. [Result] The results showed that the best explants was disease-free, and new-grow green leaves, and the best way of sterilization was: firstly,the explants were immersed in alcohol (70% ) for 30 seconds, and then were sterilized in mercuric chloride (0.1% ) for 3 minutes, The pollution rate was 16.67% , and the survive rate was 83.33%. [Conclusion] The method had the lowest pollution rate and the highest survive rate.关键词
