Induction and Rapid Propagation of Scutellauria viscidula Shoots
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To provide theoretical basis for the germplasm cryopreservation and factory propagation of ScuteUaria viscidula Bunge. . [Method] With the tender stems of ScuteUaria viscidula Bunge as explants and MS as basic medium for their starting, shoots and rooting culture , the regeneration system for its in vitro culture was constructed. [Result] The optimal induction medium for Scutellellaria viscidula shoots was 2. 0 mg/L 6-BA and 0. 2 mg/L IAA, the average differentiated rate of shoots was 94. 8% with the average reproduction multiples of 11.6; the best rooting culture medium was 1/2MS + IAA 0.5 mg/L, with the highest rooting rate of 97. 8%. [Conclusion] The study established a rapid and high-efficient asexual regeneration system for ScuteUaria viscidula Bunge.关键词
