鲜牛奶中植物乳杆菌D14的分离鉴定
Isolation and Identification of Lactobacillus plantarum D14 in Fresh Milk
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The study aimed to isolate Lactobacillus plantarum from the fresh milk and provide the basis for the development and utilization of plant lactobacillus. [Method] The fresh milk was diluted to-conduct the coating connecting and then through living bacterium culture, morphology observation, physiological and biochemical tests, combining 16S rDNA sequence analysis, the bacterium was identified. [Result] A strain of bacterium named as D14 was isolated from the fresh milk. The morphology of the bacteria was rod-shaped, individual or chain-shaped arrangement, no spores, colonies protuberant, edge smooth and fine, white, 0.4 -2.2 mm in diameter, with sour taste. Combined with the physiological and biochemical tests and 16S rDNA sequence analysis, the bacterium was identified as L. Plantarum. [Conclusion] The L. Plantarum D14 isolated from the fresh milk was safe in the source, so it is expected to be used for the food and feed fermentation, which had certain application prospect.关键词
