Expression of Inhibin Gene in the Heart Tissue of Jingbai Chicken after Immunization
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]The research aimed to study the safety of gene immunization.[Method]The heart tissue of Jingbai Chicken immunized with inhinbin gene was picked to prepare the paraffin sections.The immunohitochemical method was used to detect whether the residue of inhibin in the heart sections(whether positive points or not).[Result]There were not any positive ponts in the heart tissues from both the experimental and control groups. [Conclusion]No foreign inhibin was expressed in the heart tissues of Jinbai Chicken,which indicated that the immunization of inhibin gene was safe.关键词
