摘要

Abstract

In order to eliminate the nonuniform of output current because of the variation in the threshold voltage, working principle of active-matrix organic light emitting diode based on a new four thin-film transistors pixel electrode circuit is introduced. The influence of the circuit's parameters on the output characteristics of pixel electrode circuit are analyzed in details using HSPICE software. Finally, this circuit is improved in prolonging the life of OLED. Simulation results indicate that the variation of 0. 01 μA after one frame time is less than grayscale current, so, this design satisfies display requirements.
