摘要
Abstract
We established a a-helix motif method by using computer software exploited by ourselves to do a statistical analysis of the structures of 967 non-redundant protein sequences. We also extended the Chou-Fasman rules. As a result, we found that a-helix in the second and third amino acid residues commonly affect its structural stability.关键词
