Abstract

A residual analytical method was developed for iprodione in oyster mushroon and its substrate, and dissipation and final residue of the fungicide iprodione was also conducted in this study. Residues of iprodione in oyster mushroon and its substrate were extracted by acetonitrile, cleaned up through florisil column and determined by LC-PDA. The recoveries of iprodione in oyster mushroon ranged from 85.00% to 97.70% with the coefficient of variation (CV) between 2.23% and 10.30%. The recoveries of iprodione in substrate ranged from 78.5% to 95.0% with CV^7.82%. The limit of quantification of this method was 2.5×10-4 mg·kg-1. The results showed that the dissipation half-live in substrate was 52.16 d days and no final residue was detected in oyster mushroon.
