电凝聚气浮技术处理采油废水的研究

摘要
Abstract
In this paper, the operating conditions of electrocoagulation (EC) for the treatment of oilfield wastewater were investigated. The static experimental results showed that current density and electrolysis time had a significant impact on the treatment. Current density 3.97 mA·cm-2, plate spacing 10 mm and pH 7.2 were selected as operating conditions, and after 40 min EC experiment, the oily wastewater, the initial oil content was 632 mg·L-1,had been well treated, and the oil removal rate could reach to 68.08%. The continuous experimental results showed that the oil removal rate could reach to 85.7%, and the oil concentration of effluent was 92.7 mg·L-1 under the operating conditions as follows: HRT (hydraulic retention time) 40 min, current density of EC tank 3.70 mA·cm2, current density of electro-flotation tank 3.30 mA·cm-2, initial pH 7.2, and plate spacing 10 mm.关键词
