摘要

Abstract

The pathogenicity of 24 isolates of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum which obtained from Tongcheng,Wangjiang, Ningguo, Jingde, Nanling and Shouxian in Anhui was investigated by applying detached leaf inocula tion. The results showed that all of the tested isolates caused stem rot on rape, and there was a significant differ ence in the average length of the lesions caused by different isolates, suggesting that there was significant differ entiation in pathogenicity of S. Sclerotiorum strains to rapeseed. The pathogenicity of the isolates was related to their localities to some degree. Based on the results above, the strong pathonic isolate, NG4, and the weak pathonic isolate, NL1, were selected to study the biological characteristics of 5. Sclerotiorum isolates of different pathogenicity. The results indicated that the hyphae of both isolates could grow from 5°C to 30℃ and the optimum temperature was from 20℃ to 25℃. They could grow under condition of pH 2.0 to pH 12.0 with the optimum pH for mycelium growth being 5.0-7.0. It was beneficial for mycelial growth under the condition of alternating illu mination and darkness. However, the strains with stronger pathogenicity grew more quick or weighty under the same condition of temperature, pH and illumination.
