摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The aim of this research was to select the optimum extraction technology of ursolic acid in Ugustrum Vicaryi. [ Method] Taking 5% vanillin acetum and perchloric acid as the color reagents, ursolic acid was extracted from L. Vicaryi by cellulose method. The optimum color condition was determined by orthogonal test; and the content of ursolic acid was determined at 550 nm. [ Conclusion ] The optimum color condition was 0.3 ml 5% vanillin, 1.0 ml perchloric acid under 60 ℃. Under this condition, the extraction rate of ursolic acid in the L vicaryi flower was 2.037%. [ Conclusion] Results of orthogonal test showed that that the content of ursolic acid was the highest in the fruits of L. Vicaryi.
