摘要
Abstract
Objective To summarize the three basic nursing methods of self-care theory about rehabilitation of stroke patients in the community.Methods We observed rehabilitation in 86 of the stroke patients in the community.According to the differences of patient's requirement and self-care ability,we provided total compensatory nursing,partly compensatory nursing,or supplementary education.We gave patients instruction on rest,dietary,nutrition,and emotion,and encouraged them to participate in self-care actively.Results In 86 patients the rehabilitation,100％ of the self-care ability of patients were improved in different degrees,Only 6.98％ of the patients occurred in 1 ～ 2 period of pressure ulcers,not occurring in patients with respiratory tract,urinary tract infection,No patients with hemorrhage of digestive tract diseases.Conclusions The theory of self-care for the patients help them return to family,return to society,and improving the quality of life.关键词
