老年痴呆病人医院内感染的危险因素分析
An analysis on risk factors for nosocomial infection in Alzheimer's patients

Abstract
Objective To provide theoretical support for the development of nursing strategies by exploring the risk factors for nosocomial infections in Alzheimer's patients.Methods A 1∶1 matched case-control study was conducted.The risk factors for nosocomial infection were determined by univariate and multivariate conditional logistic regression.Results The incidence of nosocomial infection was 23.8％ in all the Alzheimer's patients.Logistic univariate analysis showed that advanced age,diabetes,diets that had to be assistant,severe dementia,injuries,sphincter dysfunction,chronic bronchitis,and prolonged bedrest were the risk factors of nosocomial infection in Alzheimer's patients.Multivariate analysis showed that diabetes mellitus,chronic bronchitis,severe dementia,diet that had to be assistant,and sphincter dysfunction were the independent risk factors of nosocomial infection.Conclusions Appropriate nursing strategies focusing on the risk factors of nosocomial infection in Alzheimer's patients can significantly reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection.关键词
